MOD LIST - I think the list should be minimum around or to say 15 or so. I found kath, in a room that had 100-150-200+ people in it, day & night. They only had 3-6 mods, for modding.
It would be good though to have minimum, because people won't look
or see us as, "Oh, look how many mods we have, it's going to be easy to be MOD." Appearance, is alway's judged .
Also, the moderation I hope is by maturity level, not based on friendship & companionship, all though I wish many can be modded.
Because, maturity is alot, when someone confronts you with problems, or vents to you & you have to maintain yourself. You have to hear others problems, yet give them advice, & also not judge them or lash at them because that'll make you less adored.
It's a big responsibility, I hope everyone can manage & take the time to read this, because I just want what's best for Swifp & best Staff there has ever been.
Oh & not to put personal conversations also anywhere to cause tension or problems or put people on blast or attempt to because, that's not near an Mod or the maturity level of being One.
MOD - It's not a privledge, it's a Job. It's an application that should be submitted. Because the roll as an MOD is like a real Job, you need to observe your work, have task daily to due, have a staff & higher staff to watch.
